Noyonika holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS-BALM). She is fuelled by her passion for mental health and wellbeing and considers herself as an eager learner, constantly looking out for opportunities to learn, grow and develop both personally and professionally. Her past interaction with the field as a student involves experiences of working with neurodiverse population and with vulnerable and homeless individuals suffering from psychosocial disabilities. Her fascination for the field provides an impetus for her interest in research. Noyonika is a strong proponent of the ‘strengths-based approach’ and believes that each person has an inherent capacity to learn, grow and transform. She enjoys painting, listening to music, and colouring mandalas as a hobby, and has recently developed an interest in gardening!
