She has worked with organisations such as Magic Bus, the Society for Labour Development, and GRC YMCA, focusing on community mobilisation, project management, and training. Fluent in Hindi, English, and regional languages, she is dedicated to driving social change. Outside of work, Radha enjoys dancing, singing, cooking, and travelling. She is passionate about ensuring every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to contribute positively to society. For her, the true measure of social progress is when one child shares their books with another in need.
