Jitsun is a researcher, mental health practitioner and a workplace culture auditor. Her research areas of interest pertain to equity issues in education, justice and social policies, psychological well-being, reformation and rehabilitation of children in conflict with the law and the capabilitarian theoretical framework.
In her free time, she ruminates about a plethora of factors that can expedite her cognitive decline, and thus, she forces herself to try new things in the hope that they also might bring her some joy.
