Support around our work at 10 institutional care homes run by the Government of Tamil Nadu has meant we can provide the orphaned children with a safe, exploring space to be themselves. GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU
In the last 15 years, the Department of Education has helped us implement a variety of arts education and wellbeing projects for children from urban/marginalised communities as well as children from educationally backward rural/tribal regions. Thanks to the Department of Social Defence, we are able to spread the magic of art to children from 10 government homes, as a part of our vAnam Vasapadum project. We sincerely appreciate the support!
RODDENBERRY FOUNDATION AND DASRA
Our pandemic response initiatives were largely supported by Roddenberry Foundation and Dasra. With their help, we used a combination of visual and performing arts to help children express themselves better and feel less anxious after the second lockdown. They also extended a helping hand to support our Schools of Specialized Excellence in Performing and Visual Arts project in Delhi. A huge thank you!
GOVERNMENT OF KERALA
In Trivandrum, our adolescent girl programme (Project Sakhi) is implemented in the Sreechitra Home which is run by the Department of Child and Women, Government of Kerala. Thank you for making it possible to work on the holistic development of adolescent girls in Kerala!
GREATER CHENNAI CORPORATION
We have been associated with the Greater Chennai Corporation for the last decade! They have assisted our work in schools with regard to arts education and foundational literacy and numeracy, and have also helped us set up art labs across the city of Chennai.
DEPARTMENTS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION - JAMMU & KASHMIR, BIHAR AND JHARKHAND
Thanks to the Departments of School Education for taking the goodness of our ‘Take it Eazy’ project across Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, and Bihar. Through our intervention, we observed a significant increase in adolescent and teacher wellbeing both, overall and in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic!
GOVERNMENT OF DELHI
