Purnima Jha holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development and brings experience working with children, adolescent girls, and communities through education and development programmes. Her work spans school-based projects and community initiatives that encourage learning, participation, and overall well-being. She enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful connections, and contributing to positive change, one conversation, activity, or community at a time.

When she is not facilitating learning or working with communities, Purnima can often be found experimenting in the kitchen, humming a favourite tune, or bringing ideas to life through drawing. She believes creativity has a way of showing up everywhere, whether in a classroom, a community meeting, or a well-cooked meal.
