Arundhathi is a dedicated social worker who believes that every individual has within them the unique potential to be whatever they aspire to be. She was a 2023 Teach For India Pune Fellow, where she worked closely with children from under-resourced communities, contributing to the movement to bridge the vast educational inequity that exists in the community. With her academic background in Social Work and Psychology, she has worked with varied groups like children, women, individuals with disabilities and senior citizens.
She is deeply passionate about the transformative power of the arts and believes in using creative expression as a medium for connection, personal growth and inclusion. She uses art as a means to amplify the unheard voices around her through stories, poems, etc. She treasures her moments of solitude where she creates art, delightfully gets lost in a book, movie or music, or just simply wanders wherever her feet (or thoughts) take her.
