Deepika Sharma

A Child Development practitioner, Deepika is a researcher, educator, and an artist in her core. Her work with Sesame Workshop India, CECED Ambedkar University, World Bank and UNICEF has helped weave her vision of developing learning environments that enables children to express freely and become active meaning makers. Being a theater enthusiast, she uses the element of drama in all her direct work with children. From a theatre company in New York to the children in the rural communities of India, she has learnt the craft hands-on and continues to refine it. She loves to work with children and has authored books for young readers.
