Harish Bhaskar

As a Manager – HR and Learning, Harish’s work involves recruiting, training and handling employee relations. Prior to working with NalandaWay Foundation, he worked with CAG, Chennai, where he was involved in promoting road safety on Indian roads, especially in Tamil Nadu, through research, advocacy, and information dissemination, in collaboration with citizens, policymakers, government agencies, and the media. He has done a Fellowship in Education from Azim Premji Foundation with a focus on strengthening government schools in Puducherry. This involved closely working with various stakeholders including teachers, children, and school leadership to improve children’s schooling experience. Before his stint in the social sector, he worked as a Research Analyst with Frost and Sullivan. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sastra University.
