Prashant holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with a specialisation in Youth and Community Development. He has gained valuable field experience with organisations such as Madhi Foundation, Child Survival India, Law Foundation, Help Age India, and Sri Ramachandra Medical College, working with diverse groups including tribals, individuals with mental disabilities, women, children, migrants, the elderly, truckers, and other marginalised communities.
He has contributed to education and health initiatives through the UYARCHI: Irula Revival and Empowerment Project, and enjoys using Canva to create impactful visuals for project outreach. Guided by the belief that everyone can thrive when given the right opportunities, he is committed to inclusive engagement, equal access, and sustainable change through research and collaboration.
