Vidhya Thirunavukkarusu

Vidhya transitioned from Project Management to the HR division and is currently NalandaWay’s Senior Manager of HR and Organization Effectiveness. She’s invigorating HR with her talent for getting things done and her outstanding project management abilities. Equipped with a Bachelor’s in Visual Communications and a background in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work, her new role involves fusing creativity with compassion. A die-hard Rajini fan, she has a great fondness for adventure sports.
