Vidhya has been with NalandaWay Foundation for over 11 years, bringing together creativity, people management, and strong project execution to her work with children and communities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications and a background in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work, she blends empathy, structure, and creative thinking into every project she leads.
Over the years, she has worked across programme implementation, organisational development, and team collaboration, always with a focus on creating meaningful and engaging experiences. Outside work, Vidhya enjoys sketching, travelling, and is a proud fan of Rajinikanth.
