Pradeepa joined NalandaWay equipped with a degree in Social Work, specializing in Medical Psychiatry, and a decade of experience as a customer care specialist. Her work with NalandaWay is due to her fervent desire to discover therapies to help children to overcome their psychological, emotional and behavioural problems. Pradeepa is creative, imaginative, and has great skills for interior decorating. As she grew up close to nature, she can name most trees in a forest. She believes that “There is no repose like that of the deep green woods” – John Muir.
