Sheela holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology specializing in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Women’s Christian College, Chennai. She is a certified school counsellor, and NLP practitioner and has been trained in career guidance and counselling using the MCMF (My Choice, My Future) Career Guidance Framework and other career assessment tools. She is also a Registered Professional Counselor from the Chennai Counselors’ Foundation. She is dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents, particularly in marginalised communities.
Sheela enjoys exploring places and the little things in life. Wherever she goes, greenery, blooming flowers, and nature catch her attention. Her passion for art led her to practice it as part of her well-being routine.
